My withdrawal via wire transfer was declined. Why?

If a withdrawal to your bank account (via wire transfer) was declined, make sure that:
  • bank account is on your name;
  • bank account's currency matches withdrawal currency;
  • withdrawal amount corresponds to the minimum limit;
  • all account details and bank name are correct, including BIC or SWIFT;
  • account is opened in a bank (not in a financial organization);
  • you have not received any requests to provide information to your email.
