Types of orders

  • Market order

A market order is an order to buy or sell that is executed at the current price available on the cryptoplatform.

  • Limit order

A limit order is placed below the current price for buying and above the current price for selling.

A limit order guarantees the price at which it will be executed but does not guarantee the execution itself. In the event of a price gap, the order will be executed strictly in accordance with the specified price, but partial execution may take place.

  • Stop order

A stop order is placed above the current price for buying and below the current price for selling. Please note that stop orders are only available in "Leverage" mode. If you try to place a stop order in "Exchange" mode, it will be executed according to the current price.

A stop order guarantees execution, but does not guarantee the price of execution. In the event of a price gap, the stop order will be executed at the first available price, if the said specific price has been actually reached (indicated).
