When receiving such a request you should upload one of the following documents (preferably as a PDF file) to your account in the "My requests" section (if any requests there) or send them to email@example.com.
- photo/scan of the contract
- bank statement (for example, with the history of transactions)
- a screenshot from online banking of your account
As a rule, a bank statement can be received in online banking (it's not required to contact your local bank branch).
The document must contain the full name of the account's owner and account number.
