Transaction processing time directly depends on the amount of cryptocurrency being sent, as well as the blockchain fee charged for processing the transaction. If the fee is set low, it may take some time for the transaction to reach your account.
Until the transaction received the required number of blockchain confirmations, it can't be approved. This number is different for each cryptocurrency (e.g. 1 for Bitcoin, 4 for Bitcoin Cash). If you've already made a deposit, you can check the number of received blockchain confirmations in the "Reports" tab (for the mobile app — go to "Account" > "Reports" > "Transactions").
The time required to approve the transaction from our side depends on the workload of our specialists and the number of deposit requests. In extremely rare cases it may take 3+ hours for the deposit to be processed, but most of the time it takes no more than 5-10 minutes.
